Product Description
This crucible gas furnace is featured in lower energy saving , good heat insulation effect , easy operation and maintenance .
- Furnace hearth insulator is casted by refractory material which is more durable than general type insulator .
- Carbide silicone crucible is used to hold metal which is more durable than graphite crucible .
- Heat recycle device:exhausted heat is recycled as much as possible to save energy consumption.
- Insulating wall is made of premium ceramic fiber :1st layer:premium ceramic fiber(1260ºC) , 2nd layer:premium ceramic fiber(1260ºC) , 3rd layer:premium ceramic fiber(1260ºC) , 4th layer:premium ceramic fiber(1260ºC).
- Furnace bottom is made of light weight refractory brick and ceramic fiber board.
- Crucible seat is done by high tensile castable.
